What innovative utility customer programs will result from COVID-19?

DISTRIBUTECH 2021, set to take place in San Diego, California from February 9-11, 2021, might just be the place to discover how utilities have adapted their customer offerings in this new world.

As the pandemic continues to change our lives, impacting many people’s financial, mental, and physical health, utilities are trying to understand how to deliver the essential service they provide in a world where their customers’ budgets are constrained, and their usage patterns have changed.

DISTRIBUTECH International, the annual event for distribution utilities and their partners, focuses on all of the latest trends and innovations in the electricity delivery space. The conference covers 12 different areas of the utility industry, which we call educational tracks – each offering 4 educational sessions. We asked each of our track chairs to tell us what about the hot topics in their track right now.

Hear what San Francisco-based Stephen Callahan, chair of the C&I and Residential Customers track says he’ll be looking out for when he’s reviewing speaking submissions this summer.

Our call for abstracts is open! See our list of tracks and learn how to submit your speaking idea here. Submit your speaking idea today.
