COSTA MESA, Calif., April 1, 2003 — MGE UPS Systems, a provider in high-availability power solutions to the industrial, telecom and IT markets, announced that Ray Prince has been named president of its Americas operations, MGE UPS Systems, Inc.
Prince has been with the company since 1991 and has over 23 years of sales and management experience in the power quality, protection, and conversion marketplace.

Prince started his career in 1980 with various positions in electrical engineering and sales. Since then, he has held strategic sales and management positions for prominent companies such as Teledyne Inet, Westinghouse, Square D and EPE Technologies. Since 1997, Prince has served as vice president of sales and marketing for MGE UPS Systems Inc. rapidly increasing the company’s sales success with Fortune 500 companies.
