Campbell, Calif.-based Saratoga Systems Inc., a supplier of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software, announced an alliance with Chicago-based New Resources Corp., a systems integrator in the Midwest. As a partner in Saratoga`s Integrated Solution Provider program, New Resources will extend Saratoga`s CRM solution, Avenue, across the Great Lakes region, and in turn, become better positioned to build and enhance its own CRM consulting practice. Saratoga Systems` Avenue solution enables companies to automate all aspects of their customer relationships, including marketing, lead assignment, customer service and sales forecasting. As part of the alliance, New Resources will mobilize a 40-person sales team across eight offices to resell Saratoga`s Avenue to its customers and prospects throughout the Great Lakes territory. To better serve their mutual customers, New Resources` recently opened CRM Solution Centers in Chicago, Illinois and Appleton, Wisc.
