PLANO, Texas, Aug. 29, 2003 — Texas Commercial Energy (TCE), a provider of commercial energy services, relocated its headquarters to 500 West Bethany, Suite 300 in Allen, Texas, a Dallas suburb. TCE is leasing 16,700 square feet in a building located just east of 75/Central Expressway.
The building also houses technology company Xtera.
“TCE is on track with our reorganization plans,” said Michael Shirley, president of TCE. “This building meets our high technological demands, houses our present staff and offers the flexibility of expansion.”
TCE’s new space includes both executive offices and ultra-modern Teknion flex spaces for an expanding workforce. Equipped with higher-than-standard cabling and wiring infrastructure, high-speed Internet access, and fiber optics with voice, data and video applications, the building’s infrastructure will facilitate the advanced technological systems that are important to TCE’s technology-driven business model.
Kevin White, senior managing director at Cawley International, represented TCE during the leasing negotiations. Cawley International also represented the building’s owner. The new building is conveniently located adjacent to shopping and business services, many restaurants and a major hotel chain, which will serve TCE’s out of town executives and visiting customers.
