Your Turn to Be Our Customer

Customer engagement is the be-all and end-all as you read social media or industry magazines, but the techniques, nuances, trials and successes are the real information you are seeking. CS Week brings together working utility professionals across all educational venues to teach, share, inspire, even learn from you. Strategic, comprehensive, utility-specific education is all we do.

The hands-on, get-it-done strategies of this year’s five College courses offer timestrapped managers a full day to spend on a key topic, and then implement the content back on their job. This year’s five colleges are fresh and pertinent, resonating with utility managers with a keen eye on the end product.

The workshops of Conference 38 reflect the enthusiasm at utilities and the knowledge and implementation advances throughout the business. Both water utility and Canadian issues appear throughout the schedule. Descriptions of all workshops as well as College courses are available at www.csweek.org.

Based on their intimate environment, CS Week Synergy Groups appeal to participants at all levels in their utilities. The choices reflect either business process groups organized by functions across the Customer Experience Lifecycle or vendor specific application user groups. New groups evolve from requests on conference surveys.

The Expanding Excellence Award winners raise the standard of excellence each year as innovation and solutions are celebrated in Wednesday morning’s General Session awards presentations. This year’s winning projects absolutely pulse with quality and ingenuity.

The Exhibit Hall sold out continuing a strong legacy of a great networking environment. So much of the change in the industry will be reflected in this year’s new products and services tailored to meet the demands of an industry in the midst of major changes.

Friday morning’s panel promises to be lively as leading customer service executives discuss today’s ethical and business challenges in the context of the Old West vs. today. CS Week remains your best value in dynamic utility education – for you and your utility. I look forward to welcoming you to San Antonio, deep in the heart of Texas, May 5-9, 2014.
