enXco buys 38 MW Chestnut Flats Wind Project from Gamesa

San Diego, November 17, 2011 — enXco signed a purchase agreement to acquire from Gamesa Energy 100 percent of the equity interest in Chestnut Flats Wind and all project assets owned by the special purpose company.

Full ownership will transfer to enXco, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, which is expected by the end of 2011.

Chestnut Flats Wind, developed and built by Gamesa Energy, is located in Logan Township, Blair County, northwest of Altoona, Pennsylvania. The project uses 18 G90 and one G87 Gamesa wind turbines with a rated capacity of 2 MW.

Delmarva Power and Light Co., a unit of PHI, will purchase the wind energy produced under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
