Guam solar energy project bought by NRG Solar

NRG Solar, a unit of NRG, bought a 25.65 MW solar power project on the island of Guam from Quantum Guam Power Holdings, a unit of Quantum Utility Generation.

NRG Solar will construct, own and operate the project, which will sell its output to the Guam Power Authority under two, 25-year power purchase agreements, according to Power Engineering.
