UpWind to service four wind projects in Texas and Kansas

UpWind Solutions Inc. signed operations and maintenance agreements for four wind energy farms in Texas and Kansas totaling 485 MW of generating capacity.

All four wind farms — Trinity Hills, Sherbino 2 and Silver Star 1 wind farms in Texas and the Flat Ridge 1 wind farm in Kansas — are owned by units of BP Wind Energy. UpWind will perform O&M services on a total of 194 Clipper C-93 and C-96 turbines.
