Diversity in the energy industry


In the following video, Jackie Peer, Head of Strategic Business Development at Omicron, speaks on gender diversity and inclusion in the energy industry. Peer said that her role as an electrical engineer gives her some expertise on the topic.

Peer uses a circle vs triangle analogy to describe diversity in the workplace. Meaning, if there are already many circles, a triangle should be hired to achieve that diversity.
