Opower said Eversource Energy will expand its agreement with Opower to deliver a new suite of demand side management and customer engagement tools, including elements of Opower’s next generation Energy Efficiency solution, Agile EE, to 250,000 more households across Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The expansion brings the total program size to 1 million households.
Opower will deliver Home Energy Reports to give customers more control over their energy use and provide data-rich insights and recommendations on how to save money on monthly bills. These Agile EE solutions leverage the largest residential energy dataset on earth and provide unparalleled personalization and targeting for utility energy efficiency programs. Eversource will also send Opower’s High Bill Alerts to customers, a key component of Agile EE.
