IHS Markit: The Value of Cost-Effective Nuclear in the PJM Interconnection

This report challenges the current trend that “baseload generation” is now an obsolete concept.

IHS focuses on the impact to PJM Interconnection if five nuclear plants (in Ohio, New Jersey and Pennsylvania) are prematurely retired in 2025.
