Dresser-Rand announces personnel assignments

OLEAN, NY, Sept. 9, 2003 – Dresser-Rand Company, a provider of engineered-to-order equipment for the energy conversion industry, recently announced the promotion of three company executives.

The promotions support the company’s intent to strengthen its organizational structure and consistently deliver high levels of value to worldwide clients through innovation and process improvement.

Bradford W. Dickson, executive vice president, Americas Region, has been assigned additional responsibility for pursuing business opportunities in the company’s European Served Areas region, and worldwide responsibility for marketing and selling new equipment.

Fred Conroy, vice president and general manager of the Government Business Unit, has been named vice president of sales for the United States. In addition to his current responsibilities, all Dresser-Rand project development managers in the U.S. will now report directly to Conroy.

Dick Heusinkveld, director of business development for Eurasia, will be repatriated to Canada from the U.K. as director of sales for the Americas Region. In this position, Heusinkveld will provide leadership to increase sales of new equipment in Canada.

Both Conroy and Heusinkveld will report to Dickson.
