Navigant announced that Ellen Krohne has joined the firm’s energy practice as a director and will be based out of the Westbury, N.Y., office.
“As the managing partner of her own consulting firm, Ellen has worked alongside Navigant on several projects in recent years,” said Bill Dickenson, managing director and the leader of Navigant’s energy practice. “We have the utmost respect for Ellen and we’re very pleased that she has officially joined our team.”
Krohne has extensive experience in business development and project delivery, including customer service, outsourcing transition leadership, organizational change management and smart grid customer and employee change management. Her broad executive-level experience includes serving as vice president of customer service at Illinois Power and providing guidance on mergers and other strategic corporate changes, customer service and call center, operations and marketing.
