Accent Energy acquires Dynowatt

Dublin, OH, Jan. 23, 2007 — Accent Energy, an independent provider of electricity, natural gas and green power, announced that it acquired the assets of Dynowatt, a retail electricity provider based in Houston, Texas.

The company will operate as Dynowatt powered by Accent Energy and focus on providing electricity to residential customers in Texas.

“This acquisition enabled us to immediately establish ourselves as a residential electricity provider in Texas by leveraging Dynowatt,” said Lance Schneier, Accent Energy chairman and CEO.
