AEP and CFE Dedicate U.S.-to-Mexico Electric Tie

TULSA, Okla.–Williams Communications has executed a $24 million agreement to provide voice services on its nationwide fiber-optic network to PowerCom Energy & Communications Access Inc., a Los Angeles-based, privately held national provider of wholesale and retail renewable-only electricity, natural gas and communications with thousands of billing customers.
