Minneapolis, MN, Aug. 8, 2006 — Amcom Software Inc., a provider of communication technologies to support business continuity and disaster recovery, announced a partnership with utilities market IT consulting firm TEAM US Inc. The companies have introduced Amcom’s automated event notification software solution called e.Notify.
Amcom Software’s e.Notify automated event notification system is designed to help mission critical organizations more quickly and reliably initiate, manage and monitor emergency notifications. The system promises to automate internal and external communications, enable messages to be customized by audience and support real-time response tracking. Supporting wireless and handheld devices, protocols and rules, e.Notify promises an enterprise-wide platform for emergency communications.
The partnership with TEAM US will allow Amcom to develop products, processes and methodology specifically for the utility market.
