The first solution, Mobile Field Services Suite, provides field engineers instant access to critical customer account information, maximizing technician productivity. The second solution, Mobile Field Sales Suite, allows sales representatives to wirelessly query information related to products, pricing, contracts and promotions, helping to increase selling opportunities.
Using the Mobile Field Services Suite on Nextel handheld devices, field engineers can quickly access the information they need in real-time and yield productivity savings by reducing the overall time spent on activities such as phone calls to and from call centers, completing paperwork, managing tasks and tracking inventory. Instant access to relevant account information allows field technicians to provide more personalized service to their customers. In addition, with real-time updates on back-end systems and databases, organizations can close the loop on service call transactions much faster to reduce the billing cycle, fine-tune inventory management, and enhance the possibility of up-selling or cross-selling services.
The Mobile Field Sales Suite provides the mobile sales team with high-quality information necessary to help close new sales.
