Avista Corp. affiliate, Avista Labs, names two new board members

Tucker Hart Adams is the president and chief executive officer of the Adams Group, a regional economics consulting firm based in Denver. Also elected was Robert F. Goff, president of R4 Energy Inc., a fuel cell industry consulting and management services company formed with other leaders of the U.S. Fuel Cell Council.

CLEVELAND, Feb. 14, 2001 (PRNewswire) – Officials of the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) and Texas-based Green Mountain Energy Co. today signed an initial letter of understanding under which Green Mountain will supply electricity to approximately 450,000 residential customers in nearly 100 Northeast Ohio communities for the next six years.
