BV Solutions Group Inc. and TRAQ-IT Inc. form joint venture

Overland Park, Kan., June 11, 2003 — BV Solutions Group, Inc. With the support of BVSG’s strong design and technical resources, TRAQ-IT will introduce innovative new solutions to the tradeshow and event industry.

Since 1998, TRAQ-IT desktop software has provided tradeshow managers with state-of-the-art solutions for planning, organizing, managing and reporting their tradeshow activities. Through the use of TRAQ-IT’s tradeshow software, exhibitors are able to take full control of tradeshow information and logistics.

Tradeshow managers can also produce comprehensive management reports with one keystroke.

The new TRAQ-IT ONLINE product combines the state-of-the-art planning and management DESKTOP product with the communication power and reach of the Internet. Developed in Microsoft’s .NET technology, professional tradeshow managers can control all information and logistics, such as event schedules, expenses, budgets, staffing, shipping and inventory management. The new TRAQ-IT EXHIBIT HOUSE product will provide a Web-enabled communication and planning tool to close the loop between the exhibitor and the exhibit house. An exhibitor will enjoy real time access to the activities of its exhibit house, including inventory management and shipping status, eliminating phone tag and email delays. The software will allow exhibit houses to communicate with multiple clients over a common platform anytime, anywhere.
