Calif. Governor vetoes state aid for San Diegans

Oct. 3, 2000—California Gov. Gray Davis vetoed a bill that would have handed over $150 million of taxpayer money to San Diego Gas & Electric Co. in 2003 to reduce consumer electric bills.
