California company braces for worst

The California Alliance for Energy & Economic Stability is advocating a solution that shares the burden of any rate increase equally among users, with protection for those most in need. The Alliance intends to continue working with the California Public Utilities Commission, Governor Davis and the Legislature to develop a rate increase that is proportional for all users. A CPUC decision on a rate structure is just weeks away.
