California red tape hampers gas storage expansion


HOUSTON, June 22, 2001–A proposal to double the size and triple the withdrawal capacity of a natural gas storage facility in energy-starved California is being hampered by regulatory delays, the president of an independent Canadian storage firm said Friday.
