California’s energy crisis: Will Alabama face a similar dilemma?

Alabama Power is confident about its ability to compete in a deregulated environment. However, the company agrees with the Public Service Commission’s decision to hold off on the process until it is clear that it can be fair and produce savings for all customer classes, residential, commercial and industrial.
