Cinergy awarded first prize for phone and e-mail customer support

The award recognizes companies for outstanding customer service programs delivered via phone, e-mail and the Internet and is based on evaluations made by a series of “mystery” contacts to Cinergy’s Call Centers. (This year’s U.S. competition encompassed more than 2,500 phone calls and 700+ e-mails/web contacts.)
