CMS Viron receives energy performance contract from Valparaiso University

CMS Viron, an energy industry performance contractors, is providing facility upgrades that will lower the university’s energy costs by about $2.9 million. The contract calls for the company to retrofit lighting throughout the campus to provide a higher quality of lighting levels for students and faculty members with lower energy costs.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Dec. 19, 2000 (PRNewswire) — Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced today that pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement, previously announced on November 27, 2000, Point to Point Communications, Inc. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Dycom.
