CMS Viron wins energy services contract from University of Utah

The total contract is worth $43 million, making this the largest energy performance contract ever implemented at a college or university in the United States. CMS Viron has completed the first three phases of the contract, which included the construction of a chilled water plant built from the savings achieved from two retrofit contracts.
