ConEdison Solutions acquires BGA Inc.

White Plains, NY, May 15, 2007 — ConEdison Solutions, an energy service provider, announced that it has acquired BGA Inc., an energy service and engineering company headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

Upon completion of this transaction, Con Edison Solutions increases its energy services operating footprint into the Southeast. BGA’s Tampa office will join ConEdison Solutions’ existing offices in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and Texas.

BGA’s staff of engineers, energy analysts, and designers develops and implements energy conservation measures for commercial, governmental, healthcare and institutional facilities. The company specializes in designing complex building systems and energy infrastructure, and also provides turnkey construction management services.
