Court overturns $10M award against Nebraska utility

Oct. 20, 2000 (Omaha World-Herald)–The Nebraska Court of Appeals on Tuesday overturned a $10 million damage award against the Nebraska Public Power District for shutdowns of the Cooper Nuclear Power Plant near Brownville in 1993 and 1994.
