Idaho Power Co. chose SPL WorldGroup Inc.`s CIS PLUS software product to replace its 20-year-old legacy customer information system. This investment will give Idaho Power a more flexible system to help it prepare for future growth and the development of new services. Idaho Power hopes the upgrade will help provide more comprehensive customer information to customer support representatives.
