Dencor Energy Cost Controls announces planned merger with Reliable Power Systems

Dencor filed a DBA to conduct business under the name Reliable Power Systems. Dencor plans a shareholder meeting and intends to file an Information Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to ratify the transaction, elect a new board of directors, change its name to Reliable Power Systems Inc., approve the reverse split of the outstanding shares one (1) for eighteen (18) and address any other corporate matters.
