DistribuTECH’s July 3 ‘Call for Papers’ deadline fast approaching

June 25, 2002 — Those interested in presenting either a paper or panel discussion at the DistribuTECH 2003 Conference and Exhibition should note that the deadline for submitting abstracts is imminent.

To be considered for the conference program, abstracts must be received by DistribuTECH’s conference organizers no later than July 3.

Abstracts can be submitted quickly and easily via the “Online Submittal Form” at the DistribuTECH Web site (www.distributech.com).

DistribuTECH conference organizers are particularly interested in abstract submittals regarding Distribution Automation, Substation Automation, Distribution Operations Management, Metering/AMR, AM/FM/GIS, Mobile Computing, Enterprise Application Integration, and Demand Response/DSM. While those are presently the main areas of need, abstracts are welcome in a number of other topic categories. See the “Call for Papers” section of the DistribuTECH Web site for a complete list of acceptable topics.

Now in its 13th year, DistribuTECH is the most comprehensive conference and exhibition for those involved in utility automation and information technology. The 2003 DistribuTECH Conference and Exhibition will take place Feb. 4-6, 2003, in Las Vegas, Nev.

Visit www.distributech.com for more details on the conference or to submit your abstract electronically. Information on submitting abstracts by regular mail is also available at the DistribuTECH Web site. Abstracts (or questions about abstracts) may also be e-mailed to dtechconference@pennwell.com.
