DALLAS, Texas, Jan. 8, 2002 — Docucorp® International today introduced Bills2Go, a turnkey billing solution for small- to medium-sized utilities.
Utilizing Docucorp’s Application Service Provider (ASP) facilities, the Bills2Go program is designed around a menu of billing choices that takes the complexity out of implementing and maintaining a comprehensive billing system.
Utilities that could not previously afford state-of-the-art automation services can now implement a robust solution for a defined, flat rate that includes postage.

The Bills2Go program provides an extremely fast time-to-market with relative ease in outsourcing the billing function.
Billers follow three steps: (1) Select a bill style template and paper stock from a number of options; (2) Create a data file using Docucorp’s data layout system; (3) Help the company test the system.
Once Docucorp receives the data file in an encrypted format, bills are processed, prepared and sent the same business day. Docucorp also offers JobTracker, a Web-based program to keep customers informed about their billing jobs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To complement the Bills2Go program, Docucorp provides optional services such as document archive hosting, electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), electronic special handling, and customer correspondence.
