Dominion, Anker to develop $600 million coal-fired power plant

HOUSTON, June 14, 2001 — Dominion Resources Inc., Richmond, Va., and Anker Energy Corp. Buckhannon, W.Va., Thursday said they will jointly develop a $600 million, 450 MW coal and coal waste-fired electric power station and mining complex in Upshur County, W.Va.

ALAMEDA, Calif., June 14, 2001 — Silicon Energy Corp. has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed initial public offering of common stock.
