DP&L, largest Montgomery County taxpayer, makes payment

Tom Studevant, DP&L Director of Community Relations, presented the payment to Montgomery County Treasurer Hugh Quill. As in past years, DP&L is the largest payer of total real and personal property taxes in the county.
