Dynegy to provide support for California power prices

The FERC Orders of March 9, and March 16, 2001, instructed suppliers, including Dynegy Power Marketing Inc. acting as agent for West Coast Power LLC, a 50/50 joint venture between Dynegy and NRG Energy, Inc., to either provide refunds or submit information supporting prices in excess of certain levels set by the FERC. Pursuant to the FERC Orders, Dynegy will submit its response on Friday, March 23, 2001.
