Dynegyconnect announces network services agreement with Level 3

Under the terms of the agreement, Level 3 will provide Dynegyconnect with a 16,000-route-mile, dark fiber network infrastructure, co-location space and operation and maintenance services in tier 1 and tier 2 cities throughout the U.S.
