Eight papers on ADA-ES’ mercury control work to be presented at Power Plant Air Pollutant Control Symposium

LITTLETON, Colo. August 30, 2004 — ADA-ES, Inc. announced that a total of eight papers detailing advances in mercury control on work in which ADA-ES is involved will be presented at the Combined Power Plant Air Pollutant Control Mega Symposium on Monday, August 30th and Tuesday, August 31st. The Symposium will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.

The Symposium, co-sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Energy, and Air & Waste Management Association, will cover SO2, NOx, particulate, mercury and air toxic emissions from power plants. This event will showcase the latest developments and operational experiences with state-of-the-art methods for reducing air emissions from fossil-fueled boilers.
