Electric power groups divided over Senate energy bill

HOUSTON, Feb. 27, 2001—Electric power industry groups squared off Tuesday over provisions of the omnibus energy bill sponsored by Sens. Frank Murkowski (R-Alas.) and John Breaux (D-La.).
