Electric Utility Spending on Call Centers Boosts Residential Customer Satisfaction

That’s one of the findings of BASICS, a new study by Primen. The energy market intelligence company evaluated changes in electric-service performance in four areas, the cost of those changes, and the impact of each investment on customer satisfaction levels. The four service-performance areas were power reliability, call centers, billing, and field service.
