Energy marketers form alliance in Texas

The coalition, called the Alliance for Retail Markets (ARM), is dedicated to working with the Texas State government to ensure the rules for restructuring the Texas electricity market will establish fair and open retail competition while fostering the broadest choice for energy consumers.
