Energy policy too light on DG, research firm says

May 23, 2001–For those keeping score at home, count Venture Development Corp. (VDC), a technology market research and strategy firm, among those who believe the recently released national energy policy falls short of perfection. In this case, the concern is with distributed generation. VDC believes distributed generation technologies received short shrift in the policy.
