Energy secretary holds press conference at Consolidated Edison

May 30, 2001—President Bush was not the only politician speaking about the country’s energy crisis Tuesday. While the President met with officials on the West Coast, Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham was delivering his own message at a press conference at Consolidated Edison Inc.’s (ConEd’s) Sprain Brook Substation in Yonkers, N.Y.
