ERCOT forecasts sufficient power for summer peak

HOUSTON, May 10, 2001 — Texas should get through the summer without threats of blackouts given the amount of available generating capacity and forecast peak demand.

PARIS, Ill., May 10, 2001 — EnerStar Power Corporation and CMS Energy Corporation (NYSE:CMS) today announced plans to jointly build, own and operate a natural gas-fueled power plant known as the CStar Energy Project, serving EnerStar Power’s cooperative members and other Midwestern power users.
