FERC’s Hebert pledges quick action on pipelines

HOUSTON, Mar. 2, 2001–In congressional testimony earlier this week, U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Curtis Hebert pledged the agency will act as “quickly as possible” on applications to build new California pipeline capacity.
