Fitch lowers ratings of California utilities

The Rating Watch Negative designation remains in place for all three companies. The new ratings are:

OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec 11, 2000 (PRNewswire via COMTEX) – OGE Energy Corp. (NYSE: OGE) announced today that its natural gas pipeline subsidiary has signed a long-term contract to transport natural gas to fuel a new 1,100-megawatt power plant under construction in Coweta, Okla., near Tulsa in northeastern Oklahoma.
