Five Point Partners acquires TMG Consulting

Atlanta, GA, Feb. 27, 2009 — Five Point Partners LLC announced it has acquired TMG Consulting Inc., a provider of information technology consulting to the energy industry. Five Point is a provider of management consulting and technical services in advanced metering infrastructure, business intelligence, and customer care and billing for regulated and deregulated utilities,

Five Point said the acquisition of TMG will enable it to enhance its capabilities for utility clients around technology review, planning, selection and quality assurance.
