HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 5, 2002 — Victor A. Hebert, a senior member of the law firm Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP, based in San Francisco, California, has been elected to the board of directors of Foster Wheeler Ltd.
His appointment increases the company’s board of directors to 12.
Hebert, 64, has spent his entire career with Heller Ehrman, a firm which he has served as Co-chairman and Chairman of the Policy Committee. His practice specialties are corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and venture capital and corporate governance.
He holds an AB in Economics and an LLB from the University of California, Berkeley.
Hebert serves on the board of directors of London Pacific Group Limited, a financial services company. Also, he is a director of the Bay Area Council and is a director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco.
