Foster Wheeler reports new order increase of 24 percent for year

In the fourth quarter net earnings were $12.3 million, or $0.30 per share-diluted (ps-d). In the year-ago fourth quarter, the company reported a net loss of $141.5 million or $3.47 ps-d after a pre-tax charge of $214 million ($154 million after tax) for the Robbins Resource Recovery Facility exit agreement.
