Fox administration questioning Mexico’s energy policies

HOUSTON, Texas, Feb. 14, 2001—The new administration of President Vicente Fox is questioning some traditional elements of Mexican energy policy, a Cambridge Energy Energy Research Associates conference in Houston was told.
