GE Global eXchange services completes Internet data exchange project for PECO Energy

WASHINGTON, D.C., Dec. 13, 2000 – A group of electric transmission owners today informed the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator of their intent to withdraw from the Midwest ISO if three other members leave the organization. A filing will be made shortly with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
